Try installing the app when logged in as an Admin. Also, at the DOS prompt prior to install, type:
CHANGE USER /INSTALL
After the install, type at the DOS prompt:
CHANGE USER /EXECUTE
I honestly do not know if this a Citrix WinFrame extension vs. standard NT; however, it's worth a shot...
Also, if the install completed successfully, try locating the VFP 5 runtime DLL's (VFP*.dll), which should be in the System32 subdirectory of NT's home directory. When you find these, try to also copy them to the user's home directory where his NT profile should reside, i.e. \users\jack\windows\system in my case, and also copy to \users\default\windows\system. It works for us on the WinFrame becase all users have at least read rights to the System32 directory, and this directory is part of their search path (check SET at the command prompt).
Good luck.
