We installed a new EXE for our customer, and suddenly, they have a problem with printing the reports: theprinter doesn't anymore chose the correct tray, instead they print always to the manual feed.
How are the printer settings connected with the report designer? Their printer is correctly set in Windows, but works otherwise in FoxPro.
Do we have to create the executable while having correct printer settings, or do we have to design a report with the correct printer settings?
Any help highly appreciated!
