Well, what I'm trying to say is that the ActiveBar control reduces the client area of the Visual FoxPro window. That means, that you cna not put another control over the ActiveBar control.
I don't think there is a good answer to your window question. The ActiveBar is just another control in the window. Therefore, other windows can be on top of it.
