You could put a titlebarless form inside another titlebarless form, or just a container inside a form. The outermost object could have whatever BackColor you want.. but then you have to write code to implement the control buttons, the min,max,close button, handle window drag and active/inactive window color changes...

Or you could just let the users decide what color they like to have their windows use as they specified in the systems setting dialog... *s*

I might suggest some other alternative than titlebar to handle this it would be a lot easier.
