Thanks for responding so quickly - I sure do appreciate it. But, it appears that I still have a problem. I was able to compile all of my class libraries, without any problem from the command prompt. But If I try to access them through the manager, I still get my fata error, with the exception code=C0000005.

Any other suggestions up your sleeve that I can try?
