hmmm. it almost seems like you're running the NON-netsetup version of the setup program. I'll bet somehow one of the wrong files got in your netsetup directory (or something like that).

I would try deleting your entire destination directory set (mine is called image and under that is netsetup. I would get rid of them all and start over)
