I'm not sure this will help you. But you might check and see if the files are still reported as "in use" by the second user. Use the icon server in the control panel. If they are in use (NT still believes the files are open by the user) then most likely you have a sharing problem due to data sessions and you are using views????? If I'm right check buffering and ETC......
