I've had no problems other than with non-US date formats in the form that displays the audit trail.

It's *very* easy to install - I added it part-way through a development with no problems whatsoever, it really is just a few lines of code, well..plus adding a call in each file's insert, update and delete triggers, but once it's done you can just forget about it.

P.S. Like the idea of being able to see all the changes made to a field by right-clicking on it, going to pinch that one!
