A clarification:
If you execute SQLSTRINGCONNECT() with no parameters, you're offered a dialog in which the File DSNs are listed. Good so far. Unfortunately, the user must then enter a username/password. Not good; we're handling that internally.
If you pass in a string to SQLSTRINGCONNECT() (something like 'dsn=s:\temp\testing.dsn;uid=sa;pwd=sa'), in won't work, presumably because it doesn't recognize the 'dsn=' portion. How can we indicate that the DSN we're referring to is a file DSN? Does anybody know what those parameters are?
