Conferences & events
I attended DevCon last year and FoxTeach this year. As Markus stated it's difficult to compare, and I enjoyed them both. One little "secret" (not) is that the sessions for a given speaker are typically the same, regardless of which conference you attend (obviously with updated info). I even went to a couple of sessions at FoxTeach that I had attended at DevCon just to let the concepts sink in. After all, it's not every day that I get to implement *n-tier* *internet enabled* applications that use *XML*! But by watching the masters put practical uses to these buzzwords, I came away with a bit of inspiration for my company's projects. I have to recommend both - but if you were only able to go to FoxTeach, you definitely wouldn't be disappointed.
