This is just like Compuserve or AOL. UT doe snot actually own the messages, it owns them as a complete compilation. You can freely post your messages anywhere you choose and you can use them in articles or presentations. You cannot download a complete thread and reprint or repost it elsewhere.

The UT is a business and as such the messages are one of that business' assets.
