My answer is simple (and silly). Currently I have iis 2.0 that doesn't support ASP. I couldn't succeed to download NT 4.0 updates yet :(
Even IIS 2.0 has an InternetDataConnect built-in but I have no SQL server to create and deploy data there. Although this is for testing a remote ISP scenario, I should somehow succeed it here first.
