You can use 32 bit ActiveX controls (OCXs) in VFP 3.0. Some controls don't work very well with VFP, especially VFP 3.0. You can use a control in code using CREATEOBJECT() or go to the Controls tab of the VFP options dialog and click the ActiveX radio button (it might be called something else in 3.0, I can't remember). You'll see a list of ActiveX controls installed on your system. Check the ones you want available to VFP. Then in the form designer click the View Classes button and click ActiveX controls.
