I notice they used "lines of code" as the measuring stick for productivity. I find that measurement to be mis-leading at best. Just because somebody can whip up a function to accomplish a task in 500 lines of code doesn't mean much if the same thing can be accomplished using 20 lines. And from what I've seen of off-shore type programming, this is common.
