I thought I would ask you since you are the only one I know that has used Oracle with VFP. VFP crashes most of the time that I try to do a tableupdate() and I have a memo field that I am updating. Do you know of this limitation and how I might get around this. Also regarding the trailing spaces problem, I found that if you change all char fields to memo fields by going to tools-options-remote data and changing the use memo fields>=1 that it would not add the trailing spaces but like I said earlier, I can't update multiple records because I usually get a Page Fualt or just an ODBC error which doesn't make any sense. Anyway I thought I would pass on the info and ask if you can update memos!
