No one teaching it specially, i think. But anyone can be a teacher here, if u can answer the questions, u are the teacher. U can pick out the gurus by checking who answere more and the quality of the answers.
I dont think it is a good idea to learn some thing like OOP in forums, it just some help, but not systematical.
I think OOP is what you must control. In my experience, it is some bit difficult for a 'traditional prgrammer' to understand OOP in a short time.
VFP is a good tool to understand OOP, it has enough basic features of OOP.
But, it is not a good one for a real complecated database application. Delphi/C++Builder/VB/PB should be the right choices.

U can sign up forums about OOP, if u dont think they are useful, just forget them.
