That's a VFP issue. I think it's because VFP 5 doesn't understand the concept of write only properties. It tries to read the properties to show you the value at design time and gets an error. I usually just set all the properties in code and give up on using the property sheet with these controls in VFP 5.

I downloaded and ran fox.reg from files section. This solved the problem of not being able to create objects but now the [Write Only] properties display the OLE IDispatch Error in the properties window. Any ideas??
