Thanks for more details. What an aggravating problem. I'm so used to the blank page = no data problem. The major thing different between running at the client site and running at yours is the printers. Maybe it's time to try deleting printer-specific info from TAG1 and TAG2 of the first record of the report before you build.

I've never done the TAG1/TAG2 thing, but others have. Maybe you could search the archives.
