I created a new method on myForm called "Junk". In the frmSetupDataSession, I called thisform.frmSetupDataSession. At this time, the method doesn't exist.

So, apparently the VFP event BeforeOpenTables will allow me access to the same Event in a sub-class and any custom methods in the sub-class, but not methods of the same name in an instantiated object.
