Thanks for the reply, John. What, in your opinion, would be the level of expertise (or lack of it) that this seminar is aimed at? If it's totally a beginner/intro course, that's fine as long as it's an intro to OOP itself and not an intro to the FoxPro language. I've known people who have taken a few "mail-order" courses that were intended to be at an intermediary level and ended up being so elementary as to be totally useless. I don't want to needlessly plunk down an additional $200, that's all.

Thanks for your time,
Bonnie

>>I've just signed up for DevCon. I understand that there are a few pre-conference seminars (for extra $$$) and I'm debating as to whether or not I should sign up for the "Intro to VFP 6.0" seminar. I've really only been using VFP for about 4-5 months and I'm still trying to grasp some of the elusive OOP concepts, altho I've been a "traditional" programmer for over 20 years. On the other hand, I don't want to attend a seminar that will not tell me anything I don't already know.

>>My questions: Does anyone know the content of this seminar and does anyone know who is teaching it?
