>I second that...JVP's sessions at DevCon are very informative, his VFP books are packed with little tidbits that I've NEVER seen in other books, and his articles in FoxTalk have frequently helped me. He is a valuable contributor to the 'cause' of VFP. I put him right up there with Tamar, Hentzen, Booth, Hennig, etc., in the list of VFP people who have helped many. It's THAT type of work that ultimately benefits this great product.

You don't have to tell me about the Northeast attitude. I was born, bred, and cut my programming teeth in New Jersey, working for contractors who would reprogram their computer with a crowbar if it didn't work right! I have a healthy respect for anyone who is able to get the job done right, and take pride in their abilities.
