Well, coincidentially, my new book called "Advanced Object Oriented Programming with VFP6" was just released a couple of days ago... :)
It basically covers everything you need to know about OOP and VFP, starting with a couple of chapters about basic concepts, then moving on tzo advanced topics such as patterns, metrics, and more, and ending with a number of chapters on modeling and UML.
