I am looking for a new ISP. My present ISP does not think much if email or some other feature is down for hours at a time.

I would like to find a national ISP with unlimited access. Also with many local access phone #s in case I ever get on the road. Must be capable of supporting my domain name & supplying a static TCP/IP address.
