Robert,
I prefer to stay clear of the DE and USE tables in the form LOAD events, directly underneath the USE place the cursorsetprop for buffering mode.

If you do use the DE, you have to remember to use the BufferMode property of the forms, which doesn't give you as much control as setting the options yourself.
