There is a property Closable which you can turn it to .F.

If you allow the user to close the toolbar, then you need to have a way to make it back, probably an option from the menu. Also, you will consider to have the toolbar where it was when the user closed it. You can do this by saving the information in an INI file or other mecanism like that.
