This scared me enough that when I was first starting out, I seriously considered imposing a ban on using the property control sheet, and requiring all properties to be set in the init method.

Then I'll assume that the reason the form doesn't work properly was the code or objects I just added and go nuts trying to change those things without ever doing a "doh!" and reviewing the property sheet.
