I am sorry I am not understanding the process, but there may be an explanation, besides my lack of intelligence. In your most recent reponse you state " Also the code I posted opens Word only once". I reviewed your previous reponses, and found nothing that represnts CODE.

In your first reponse you describe the process, but no examples, which as a novice, I greatly need. In Paragraph 2 of that 1st response you reference a Dutch & French template. Were these created in Word?

In paragraph 3 of that response you state "I select the appropriate document..." What is selecting the appropriate document? A program? There is no reference to how the selection is made. Then in that paragraph you further state that you "paste". Where and how are are you pasting?

What actually prints the completed work??

I have no doubt that you have the solution to my problem, but I am completely lost as to how to do it. I would appreciate very much your continued help in this matter.
