My aticle did not address that issue. Using VFP it would fairly easy to create a middle tier object that created a VFP cursor of the child records. However, that would render the class not necessarily usable by other front ends. You might consider using an ADO record set as the vehicle for movign the data around. In that case your VFP front end would need to convert the ado recordset to a vfp cursor for use by the grid.
