Hi, I am just getting going with SQL Server 6.5 (SP4). I have a max of 15 connections available which was quickly exceeded by my test application. I ran SQL Performance monitor and determined that my app was eating connections like candy! <g> After I fixed the application, (it now consumes only 1 or 2, depending on the operation) the PerfMon still showed 8 connections in use. I am the only one connecting to the server, there are no other apps using it. How can I determine what is using the 8 connections?
BTW, we have ordered SQL 7.0, but I want to figure this out for 6.5 as well. Any help is appreciated.
TIA
