It's as easy to configure as any of the other fax packages on the market - it'll sense installed fax modems in the system, adds printer drivers, etc - you need to know your fax number and contact information, and how to dial out (if you need a dialing prefix, calling card, etc.) I haven't seen anything with the range of features and the flexibility of programming interface that's any easier to use, in any case...

It's sold by Symantec, and they do a decent job of supporting the product in my experience.
