Waleed only mentioned that he found a file that was not distributed by Setup but he didn't say how he found which file was missing. Without a "Foreign Language" copy of Windows I have no way to duplicate the problem and/or discover which additional files might be needed.

If you go to the "Download Evaluation Copy" section of my WEB page at http://www.hardin-soft.com, the file sizes are in the middle column to the right of the file name. The complete app is 7.5 Megs so it is asking a lot of you to download just to see what happens. If you do, it would be much appreciated.

In the meantime I'm studying the \setup\setup.inf file that is created off of the applications directory by setup when it is installed to see if there might me any clues there especially with the Windows\Sysetm files mentioned at the bottom of the setup.inf report.
