I need to set date to british throughout all the application.
Propery cDate is not included into aGlobalEnvironment of aapp.vcx. However it is into CbaseForm of cForms.vcx.

From here I got two questions:

Where should I "set date to british" if I need to validate some dates at startup?

Is it recommendable to override the cDate property of CbaseForm of cForms.vcx?
