If you're talking about the printable output format, I don't think it's going to be do-able. OTOH, output to an intermediate format, or spellchecking the source content for the report before producing the report can be done in a number of ways.

Using OLE Automation with Word is one approach; this is especially good if you're already using Word to drive your output! John Petersen did a good article on using Word's Spell and Grammar Checking via OLE Automation in the July,1998 issue of FoxTalk; if you don't subscribe, you can order back issues and download articles from Pinnacle's Web site for a nominal cost (downloading articles costs something like $5/article; they have compendium on CD of all back issues for something like $80 for Volume II, which cover 1996-June 1998. John's article included source code; it's probably worth investing the $5 to get the article and source code.

You can also use any of a number of third-party spellchecking add-ons; Hallogram sells a couple (NB: there have been threads on UT recently complaining about one of them, so caveat emptor!)
