Are they sending the report through the OKI print driver for sure? Maybe it is going through another print driver and being sent to the OKI printer.

Do you use the PROMPT clause in the REPORT command? If not, I would try it at least temporarily and see what happens when they manually select the OKI printer.

Okidata told the user that their printer driver is fine especially if it works ok in Word. Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing this?
