I get about 5+ seconds to get to the first "interface" {no splash screen here} in a networked exe. That would be a login screen where the user logs in.

P 200 with 96 meg of ram. 100 mb nic and backbone to Novel server 3.2 {server is a P166 desk top machine with 128 meg of ram} 15 users currently attached and no one is using this app today.
