GETPEM() returns the value of a property when its
evaulated, which in this case would be run time.

The problem I have is that I want the DESIGN TIME value
of the ParentClass property, not the RUN TIME value.

As I said in my earlier thread, the value of this
property seems to change when the application is
running.

Again, in design time I get one value and in run
time I get another value.

So how do I get the design time value while in run time?
