The best way I found is _SCREEN OFF in config file. If you do _SCREEN OFF on program it shows and hides, if you turm _SCREEN OFF in config file and then in command wil show what config to use it won't show up.
myapp.exe -cc:\MyConfig\MyConfig.fpw

It may not be a best solution, but it works for my company.
