I've done something similar in the past in 2 different ways. First, in the current report form where you copied your header & footer stuff into the summary band, the footer stuff you can force to the bottom of the page by setting the properties for field/label/whatever to "fix relative to bottom" then stretch your summary band until it fills most of a page. Another tactic I've used for more complicated reports is to use a separate report form with the same header/footer for the summary band stuff. HTH
