I have a small WIN98 network running a FPD26 app. One of the machines holds the data. This week I had to shut down the computer with the data, and WIN98 told me there were "52 files Open" Do you want to continue?" - even though there was no one logged in. Is FPD26 leaving files open even though users are logging off at the end of day? Are there registry settings that I am missing or need to set? This problem seems to also effect backups each night - you get files that are 0K (zero) in length, even though they are 45Mb in size. Anyone have a suggestion or have experience with this?
