Dragan sorry for the delay, you might understand the problems related to this part of the world.
2 is programmatically possible as help says. I get it as "I don't know the answer" but is different from .null. as user paid attention and filled an "answer". Complex to find a real implementation. If it was a number I could say 0 and .null. is quite different where "zero reporting" is important (ie: wind speed survey).
