I have been having this problem for a while now. When I load my application on different machines I get different icons showing on the programs menu. Sometimes its a foxhead sometimes its a square, rarely is it my application's icon. I have checked and rechecked the icon...it does have the 16X16 and 32X32 versions in the ico file.

Is there anything else anybody can think of here?
