You probably need to upgrade to the latest version of VFP 5.0. Type ?VERSION() in the command window. The string it returns should end in 0415. If it doesn't, go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/sp/vs97/default.asp and order or download Visual Studio Service Pack 3. It will fix the problem. In the mean time, if you remove the PROMPT keyword from your REPORT command the problem will go away.
