*** FOUND IT ***

Actually someone else found it. It has do with including a free table into the exe and adding it into a data enviroment. Here is the origional post to ms.pub.fox.programmer.exchange

**** FOUND IT**** thanks to someone on the CodeBook Forum.
I had a table that was included in the .EXE. I used it in a read-only
manner. But it appears that one should explicity open such an included
table with the NOUPDATE option. It was suggested that I use

USE table AGAIN IN 0 NOUPDATE

What I did was not include the table in the .EXE, and all is well.

Weird that it only happended at the client site. MAYBE because when the
file was included, it was NOT on his system, but was on mine.

Thanks for all your input. And I guess you can add this bit-o-weirdness to your list of Fox-Gotchas.
If they have you asking the wrong questions,
they don't have to worry about the answers.
