If she is using the 'Do Form' clause then the Show() should be fired automatically. That is the main difference between Do Form & Createobject.

Make sure the Form is not minimized, visible is set to true, etc, etc. If that does'nt work then Edward's idea of Modal or Always On Top to test the form is a very good idea.
