I thought you were saying that the generic resizer contains all info for every object, whereas from an OO perspective this would not be a good idea.

If this is not what you ment, how do you want to set the resize properties (align to left, top, right, bottom, grow left, etc.) for each object ?

Or do you mean that the objects themself contain the info, but a generic resizer reads the info from the object and aligns them accoring to these info ?

Then again I think this would not be a good idea (from an OO perspective), because the objects should align themselves (and not by an external mechanism).

But of course we have to deal with the described limitations of messaging within VFP and this option might be next best.
