Ah....

In my opinion ask is not enough....
It is about getting a clear "universe of discourse" which can only determined by rethinking and rejudgeing the whole system step by step with your client.

I'm sure this is meant by the article, but the word "listen" just looks a little misleading, misplaced or undervalued.
