Apps can be a bit tricky sometimes because you don't know if they are using forms or libraries that are not compiled into the app.. because it runs inside the vfp environment, all files in your search path are available to the app when it runs. I would do some double checking to make sure that this is not what is happening:

Compile your app
Rename or move your source files, and all other directories that
other versions of your code could be hiding in.

run the app.
