I am trying to use the crystal reports control in an ole container to run a report. The report runs against a single free table. I think I have almost everything in place except that I need to use the connect property to point to my table. I cannot figure out the syntax and the only example I have is a vb example which is
thisform.olecontrol1.connect = dsn = tempmast;uid=;pwd=;psq=
but this gives me a syntax error and if I use it as follows
thisform.olecontrol1.connect = dsn = tempmast
I get a runtime error that dsn is not found. If there is anyone out there who has used crystal reports in vfp, I cannot tell you how happy it would make me to finally figure out how to get a report to print. Thanks in advance,
