I have a FoxPro 2.6a for Windows executable which causes the following error on the client's pc's when saving memory variables to a particular dbf:

Application Error

FoxProW caused a stack error in module

.. followed by some gibberish.

I'm at a loss as to what is causing this.

The operating system is Windows for Workgroups 3.11. Although there are three p.c.s networked together under WfW, the application is only run on one machine and is not shared with the other two machines. The error occurs even if the other two p.c.s are switched off.

Any clues ? We've tried adjusting the STACKS setting in config.sys and playing with the memlimit settings in config.fpw, but with little effect. The table and its index and memo fields do not appear to be corrupted.

The exe runs fine under Windows 95 and Windows NT 4 Workstation. Any ideas ?
