The Visual FoxPro 5.0 report writer does not print the group header on each page in certain conditions. In the data grouping of my report list there are 3 group bands defined. The upper most group (the first group in the list) 'Reprint group header on each page' is checked. The second and third group bands defined in the list do not have this option check. When the report runs the header of the upper most band prints on every page except when the group footer of the inner most band (the third group in the list) happens to print by itself at the top of its own page. How can you set it up so the header of the the first band prints on every page no matter what the situations is.
I cannot use the pager header at all. I'm using a program called FoxWord which allows Fox reports to be printed to rtf files. FoxWord will not work properly with controls in the page header.
